1. Free Worldwide Shipping

Moistant™ offers FREE shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum order value required. We believe everyone deserves access to quality skincare, regardless of location.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination. Standard estimated delivery is:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • North America: 10–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 9–20 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Every order placed at Moistant™ includes:

  • A tracking number sent by email once your order is dispatched
  • Full shipment insurance against loss or damage in transit
  • Loss protection — if your parcel is lost, we will reship or fully refund you

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices displayed on moistant.com include applicable taxes where required by law. For international orders outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Moistant™. We are unable to predict the exact amount of customs fees for each destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. In rare cases, we may be unable to ship to certain regions due to shipping carrier restrictions, sanctions, or local regulations. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@moistant.com and we will do our best to assist you.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Moistant™ is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@moistant.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
